Capo Crew Control

i want your opinion it looks like in the old mafia a member or associate would work for a Capo that controlled some rackets, you would work for him and you would make money. Where did it changed you always see or read if there is somebody going to flip its always the biggest earner it seems like a capo only sits down and collects money from associates that wanna be made and not people wanna join the mafia to make money and to be loyal.

these capos get use to the way of easy life collecting money, handing it up and having nice houses nice stuff. once you are threatened with life(which is also a big difference between back in the day when they committed these crimes and now) the loyalty thing changes a lot of these people and they began to think selfish and drop dimes on other people.
