Anthony Casso's wife was extorted after Anthony was sent to prison; her life was made a living hell by all accounts.

How big a problem is this, generally?

Obviously it wouldn't be a problem for a Gotti or a Persico but I imagine it would present a problem for a made guy who doesn't have many/any illegitimate family members.
