Michael Mancuso

So Michael Mancuso has been cited as the official boss of the Bonanno family despite being imprisoned until 2019. I've also heard that its either a smokescreen or misinformation. What do the people in the know on the forum think about this? And if they do think that Mancuso isn't the boss who would they tip to be the real leader of the family?
