Phil Abramo

He was convicted of murder along with a few other Decalvacante bigshots and sentenced to life. The verdict was overturned and the last I read there was supposed to be a retrial. Did they plea out? They're all due to be released in the next few years.

I thought he was coming out later this year.

According to the BOP, he still comes home in 2018.

well if he got a new release date without a new trial its pretty obvious that he pleaded out.

the other two guys who got their convictions overturned along with Abramo were stefano vitabile, who i believe has already been released, and joe Schifilliti who is scheduled to be released in 2015.
