Does anyone know what family he was with? (Colombo maybe) It states here that he was a crime figure from Brooklyn that tried to establish a loanshark operation in Pittston, Penn. area. According to the source, Russell Bufalino decided that Vicario was bad news and would be trouble and Bufalino, through another party adviced Vicario to leave, which he did.
