i think he was busted for this a long time after the murder.

I really believe killing the dog weighed in on this guys getting so much time. like this never happens in these mob cases in nyc. the judge always goes along with the d.a. plea bargain or just wont accept it. this guy got screwed and should have went to trial. a driver in a 22 yr old case he had a good shot of walking. any 1 know what tommy shots co de dino s got think his sentencing was last week. probably 40yr I think that's his max. shot a cop and beat it he'll be a legend in the pen.
