No idea, but ask the Arm as he seems to know all about Buffalo. I was living up there during that period and never heard anything about your theory.

This was false. In fact people in the Buffalo Family lost money because of Norwood, just like everyone else. Everyone in Buffalo wanted to kill him or at least do him serious bodily harm. I believe Butchie Bifulco and Jimmy Sicurella were very vocal about their disdain for Norwood and both those guys are murderers. If anyone did anything to Norwood it would have been some local yahoo with no OC connections, just a pissed off mental patient.
