Anyone know much about his association with the LCN in New York?

Pearson may be an authority on the London underworld scene. But in The Profession of violence he famously stated that Angelo Bruno was the mafia boss of New York. So I hope he's done some research before taking on this subject.

Wilf Pine is well respected, i would not say he was in the top tier if you know what i mean. He was friendly with the Krays, the Richardsons, The Nash family, and even todays Adams family


Not sold on his link to the LCN though

I know he was friendly with the paganos from the genovese family

I have read this book but I can't remember much about it. Sharon Osborne gets a mention if I do recall??
