If vernace is the official consig and he's gone forever and if dom is only the acting consig, that leads me to believe that their saving the position for Jo jo

^^ not sure how you came to that conclusion but i guess its possible. But if cefalu wanted jojo as consigliere he wouldnt have bumped him down and made vernace offcial, he would of just made someone acting until jojo got out.
