Anyone know what happen to Helen Brock? Did this involve The Outfit at all?

They never found her body. Richard Bailey was convicted of several offenses related to her disappearance. The case did not directly involve the Outfit, but Richard Bailey was an acquaintance of Victor Spilotro. Victor Spilotro was not a "made" guy in the Outfit, but an associate in the 1980s and 1990s of James Marcello. He was also the brother of Anthony and Michael Spilotro.

Victor was supposedly made in the late 80's as a payback for his brothers being killed.

There was speculation that the Marcello's had a hidden interest within that industry
