I am excited for the Massino episode. However, these nat geo docs do a little misinformation, probably to make the story more juicy for the casual viewer who arent mob buffs like us, like Eddie Lino was killed a good 4 years after Casso was shot, they make it sound like a straight up mob war was going on. Also the doc says the gov drew the line at 36 murders and reneged on cassos deal, bullshit the gov was willing to give the man 6 years but since he was about to contradict Gravano they made a choice to boot him, the other things he did while in witsec just gave them a good excuse to boot him.

The Philly episode was good, even if it was just a rehash of other Philly Mob docs. But still, Philly under the Scarfo Regime sounded like such a madhouse how could you not want to watch another Philly doc?

And episode 4... Talk about indictments of the FBI! They keep Scarpa on the payroll while he's killing everything that moves and they get a pass?!? If that example isn't enough to totally destroy a person's belief in the moral rectitude of the federal government I don't know what is.

Anyone know how Devecchio weasled his way out of a long prison term for his actions related to Scarpa's?
