How to properly pronounce consigliere?

I've heard so many pronunciations, and they're all hard to say, so which one is the correct way to say it? I'd go off of what Don Corleone says, but I don't feel like watching the Godfather again just to see how he pronounces it lol.

Four syllables,the "g" is silent. con-sil-yare-eh. When you say it,accent the third syllable and roll the "r" a little.

It's not that the "g" is silent. It's that in italian, the "gl" together make a "y" sounding like in the word "yes". cone seel yeah reh. "O" is long O. "I" sounds like a long E. Roll the r. Accent third syllable.

You should write a book on Sicilian pronunciation. I'll buy it.
