hes a shooter. Bronx/n queens guy i think. Moved a lot of coke and weed. Owns gyms in manhattan and LI. He was close to Basciano/Tony Walker but idk who he was officially with. Hothead guy, did work when he was really young, got him noticed.

If I had to speculate, even though Pisciotti was a made guy, and Ianniello's nephew wasn't, Umberto's was obviously well known as Matty's place. So, Piscotti's behavior there, including the assault, was seen as disrespect to the Horse himself. And that's a sitdown Pisciotti wasn't going to win, member or no member.



He was acting captain for the DeFilippo crew from 2005-2007.

Pisciotta was made in 2004 and put with Basciano. It looks like he previously was on the record with Frank Coppa Sr but transfered to Basciano once Basciano became the power within the Bonannos.
