Is it mostly local mobs or bloods and crips.

Sorry i should have explained the video, Its about a drug gang in washington d.c called the first and kennedy street crew. They became notorious after one of their members killed three officers in the police h.q.

D.C is a rough city with a history of drug lords, kingpins and hit men, such as rayful edmonds, alpo martinez, Fray, wayne "silk" perry, cornell jones, i was just wondering what the current situation was as far as gangs and the drug trade are concerned.
