Did a Bikie Kill a Made Scarfo Guy??

Saw some documentary on bikie's recently on discovery channel, I wasn't paying too much attention to it until a guy was claiming in Philly in the 80s a Bikie gang there refused to pay street tax to the mob resulting in a beef. This guy was claiming later they kidnapped and killed a Scarfo soldier. Is this true? I couldn't find any info on this incident.

That story has been proven to be fiction. On the worlds deadliest gangs episode about the Pagans the guy who recites that story and claims to have pointed the gun at Chuckies head was ousted as a lying rat.

I thought the legendary Biker-Mob moment was when JimmyD of the Pagans kidnapped Vince DeLuca[one of Salvie Testa's shooters back in 82 in the Italian Market] because Scarfo had earlier kidnapped a Pagan chemist in control of the famed P2P to make meth.Jimmy D had the guy[DeLuca] drive through Center City has a show of force.When DeLuca saw cops he figured he's safe right? wrong he gets out to run and Jimmy D chases him down and shoots him anyway right in front of the cops.
