can they really send this old guy to jail for 10 years?, that is obviously why drug traffickers choose old people to transport the stuff, cause less chance of anyone suspecting he's holding and when he does get busted you gotta think is he really gonna do hard time?... I don't think so.

I bet he gets the one judge that just doesnt give a fuck how old he is and gives him 20 at some supermax facility.

well they gave Sonny I think it was either 6 or 8 years and he was 93

I'm sure it will depend on his past history of criminal activity...sonny was a lifelong criminal, he had to go to jail.. I'm sure this old guys gonna get some time but 10 years ..come on, can you even put an guy this old in a normal prison in general population?

If he gets sent to a max. security prison he will not be put with the 20 year old gangbangers.
They have geriatric units or special needs areas for cases like this.
