Alright Youse I got a question in the Five Families they have the Sicilian Cosa Nostra Structure And The other families In Chicago Detriot New England esc seems to have a structure diffrent from the five families like the Five Families Has Boss,Underboss,Consigliere,Captain,Soldier,Associate, when the others have Boss,Underboss,Consiglere,Crew Boss,Luitenant,Associate? and also they say Luitenant For The Five Families is a Captain so anyone have thoughts on this?

Luitenant is the same as Capo, and New England has the same structure. Only one that is slightly different is the Outfit in Chicago. For the rest of the families, and past families it was the same structure.

Soldier
Associate

Sometimes, an associate or soldier can have more power than a capo. Some soldiers can be in direct contact with the boss, even associates.
