although frank cali has blood ties to the Gambino's ( rosario, john etc..) and marriage ties to the Inzerillo's he was not born in Sicily but in NYC.

also, obviously Salvatore "Toto" Catalano's crew was all sicilian born, men like Cesare Bonventre, Baldo Amato, Giovanni Ligammari, Santo Giordano, Filippo Casamento and Guiseppe Baldinucci. All these men were part of the kickerbocker ave crew and were all made men in both sicily and the Bonanno family.
