NatGeo had a show on them last night. For those who don't know they were a highly sophisticated burglary ring that was connected to the mafia in NYC. Some members of the crew included Gaspipe Casso, Vic Amuso, Carmine Sessa, and the Zappola brothers. It had a lot of pictures of Casso, Amuso, and Sessa that never seen before, and has the detectives who did the actual investigation giving commentary. One of the detectives is parked on a street in Bensonhurst pointing out a safe house the crew used when some "half a wise guy," as the detective calls him, tells him to get the fuck out of the neighborhood.
