What a bunch of scumbags, why do these guys act so though with civilians but with drug traffickers they chicken out LMAO, bunch of cowards!!!

This took place in Tijuana, I always laugh at the coward local police that act so tough with normal people but coward out or chicken out with cartel hit men or people that can defend itself.

Yeah, thats horrible man. Its obvious the guy is scared and defenseless yet they feed off of it and abuse him more. Total cowards.

That main guy(the short one) was trialed and convicted of corruption and abuse of authority, apparently he has locked and blamed a lot of innocents of crimes they didn't commit just to close cases and move up the criminal justice ladder. Some lawyer called him and his crew out about 2 years ago and got him locked up.
