Does anybody know who is the most powerful mobster in Jersey is ,that is out on the streets. From one of the NY families?

Probably whoever is now in charge of the Fiumara crew, not sure who that would be. I know Stephen Depiro was acting for awhile but not sure if that is official.

Certainly someone from the Genovese family. Though it may not just be one guy right now. 6 or 7 years ago it would have probably been Larry Dentico. A couple years ago it was Anthony Palumbo. Most recently, it was Tino Fiumara again before he died.
