A video surfaced recently of a man being brutally beat with a baseball bat and then dismembered...
Apparently the man being murdered works for or is in support of Chapo Guzman. Chapo Guzman of the sinoloa cartel as you probably know is in a huge war with the Juarez Cartel for control of their area. La Linea is the armed wing of the juarez cartel and is made up of a lot of ex state police officers.
