I say only a certain number of crews because while 200,000 is a lot of pills, its actually pretty small considering the number of seizures concerning millions of pills around the world, often weighed in tonnes, so while a definite moneymaker pretty much a street level venture, without participating in actual importation or wholesale. Also because in Sixth Family Humphries & Lamoth detail the "entrepenurial" & pro-active nature of the numerous Rizzuto cells & factions.
