If you had to start a FAMILY today what would your chart/hierarchy look like.. You can pick from the 5 families AND Philly family too..
include capos and crews.. Jailed members can be used.. u can have a boss and u can have acting boss..

Joel Cacace, he seems like a wily old vetran and stand up guy. He also survied numerous shoot outs, including two with Greg Scarpa, he has been wounded several times. He didn't take no crap either, he ocrhestrated the killing of cops and lawyers.
