Mexico Drug War - 10/14/08 10:00 PM
Mexican President Calderon proposes legislation that would decriminalize drug possession for personal use. Year to date there have been 3500 murders that have been attributed to narcotics trafficking. There are increasing links between Mexican drug cartels and their counterparts in Colombia as well as the Colombian rebels.
Things are starting to get out of control.
