Read the book.... it has some "rules". (If you don't want to buy the book check it out from your library).

Scarface, the short answer is that there aren't any rules anymore--if ever there were rules.
Basically, the Don can do just about anything he wants.
The Number One "rule" of the Mafia was: Never break omerta. Look what's happened to that. Everything else went downhill at the same time.

First rule, keep your mouth shut, under no condition rat on you people, nor to the feds or cops or other wiseguys.
Rule number two, keep your nose clean, stay out of whats not your business and above everything dont open your mouth if not requirred to.
Rule number three, DONT MESS WITH OTHER WISEGUY'S WOMEN, not her daughter, wife, goomar of ex, stay out of it cuz there aint no way to get your name up on the frigging wall that works faster
Rule four, pay your respects to your captain, pay him what he demands as a tribute and more, dont keep no money under the table cuz that another way of ending up in the trunk of a car.

Pretty easy rules, if your Mamma taught you some respect, then this rules will not give you a hard time.

Research this site and read about the different people, go to different search engines and do searches if you don't want to buy a book, but the info you are looking for you will probably have to buy a book so you can read about it. the more you read the more you will know & possibly understand.
