I think they had a deal for it to be released in theaters and on demand on the same day. They decided they wanted a strictly theatrical release, so they're shopping it around. If they don't get it, it'll just get picked up for a theatrical and on demand release again.

Hell yes. I don't understand Hollywood's obsession with Gotti. Sorry to disrespect the dead but the fuckin guy's story's been told a hundred times over, he was basically a cheap thug in expensive suits, and he did more damage to the Mob than probably anyone else. There's nothing to admire about him even if you love LCN. His mouth and ego did more damage than ten Rudy Giuliani's put together. I don't get their obsession with him.
