At 2:15 he said that the Gambinos were the only family in which only Sicilians could become Boss and Capo..
From the top of my head I can think of Albert Anastasia who was from Calabria and his brother Tough Tony who was also a capo..

He's full of it. Two other families are named after Sicilians! Bonanno and Tommy Lucchese were both Sicilians.
