Books on Eppolito and Caracappa - 04/25/13 12:31 AM

What are the best books, if any on these two cops who worked for the Luccheses?

i recently read friends of the family, which was very good imo. Showed in detail who they tied the cops to the lucchese family, how investigators reached out to casso and others and their responses, etc.

What about "The Brotherhoods: The True Story of Two Cops Who Murdered for the Mafia" by Guy Lawson and William Oldham? Is it good?

I thought it was a great read, the best of the bunch on the subject. I read "Mafia Cops" and "Friends of the Family," but the "Brotherhoods" were better. Tommy Dades is kind of a douchebag at times.

I read some books on them, and the one I liked best was The Good Rat: A True Story by Jimmy Breslin.
