In all of it's history, has there ever been a non-Italian who was made? I know it was against the rules, you had to be a full blooded Italian, but is their any empirical evidence or anything about this?

You started this in the wrong forum.
But to answer your question, no, there has not been. There's been a handful of guys over the years who were made despite only being Italian on their mother's side. But there's never been somebody made who didn't at least have some Italian blood.

I think he's Scottish and I have to wonder if his membership recognized by any of the other Camorra clans.
