Schultz is actually an old one from season one I believe, the Kuklinski is from this season which I think was a waste he was not a Mobster, they basically tried to use his somewhat short stint with Demeo, but still it was a waste, I also heard that there will be an episode about John Dillinger which in my opinion is another waste he was not involved with the Mafia what so ever...

This Tuesday 8/21 the new night for Mobsters(which is now Tuesdays at 9pm EST) the new episode will be a great one on Carmine "SNAKE" Persico should be a great episode and also I saw they are doing one on Greg Scarpa not sure if it will be next Tuesday 8/28 but I sure hope it will be..

Yea I like that show, the Taco Bowman episode was good also, Garza was another good episode, the newest one about Griselda Blanco was ok I guess, I already knew of her from Cocaine Cowboys I/II, this week on tuesday after the new episode of Mobsters about Carmine Serpico the new episode will be about Alberto "ALPO" Martinez, who was a druglord in the 80's in Harlem, I watched a documentary about him and his crew on youtube maybe 8yrs ago, it was really good, hope this episode on him will be as interesting..

Re: Mobsters on Bio - 08/23/12 08:40 PM

I saw Carmine "Snake" Persico which is a good story.

I don't get it why you said it's waste when they put Kukinski on Mobsters? Well, he's actually work for Demeo and became a hit man for him and he killed him.

I remember they even put Frank Lucas and Nicky Barnes on Mobsters show.

I'm assuming you think Mobsters = Mafia, that's not the case.

What makes you think he killed Demeo? Kuklinski is famous for his bs none of the informants who worked with the Demeo crew mentioned him. The only time it's known he visited the Gemini was to buy a gun most likely the gemini twins killed him. I think what he meant by a waste was him being more of a serial killer than a mobster .

Heres an article i found on Kuklinski. http://cosa-nostra-news.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/iceman-knew-how-to-spin-cracklin-yarn.html#more

It basically says the same stuff i already said but in more detail it also says he claimed to have don hits for fat Tony Salerno that's one i've not heard before .

Jimmy Burke episode was good even though most of us know a lot of about him already from goodfellas. I think that might be the last episode for a while. Unfortunetly they only do 6 or 7 at a time. I hope we dont have to wait a year and half for new epidoes like we did last time lol

Question about what do Tommy look like cause I remember when they covers his face when Herny's telling the story about his life and we won't get the story of him or seen the pic of him. We already know what Jimmy and Paulie looks like but not Tommy.

Re: Mobsters on Bio - 09/08/12 06:55 PM

I finally watched Jimmy "The Gent" Burke last night, it was a good episode and I thought his Burke was his real last name but it wasn't, he took last name from his foster parents. He has rough childhood, he was sexually abused, etc. his father beats the shit out of him...very rough childhood. Interested that he's a top earner in Lucchese crime family members and never will be a made. They put Tommy Desimone in there too and finally see him a bunch of pictures.
