Everything's getting too crazy in lala land, it's like a self countained country in Hollywood at the moment. Oprah made a speech and 90% of that audience felt washed of their sins..they are all guilty! Nice to see the pics of Oprah recently kissing Weinstein and "introducing" a young female to him...it's well acknowedged that it was an open secret for years, so I'm not sure what she was thinking....but now it's ok for those that knew to start grandstanding? Bullshit, if you/we knew about a free, unchecked, sexual predator our area, would you just ignore it?

The world just now is screaming for some sort of order, certainly not this crazy, loony, version of equal rights though....These times are just like a pendulum though, which is slightly reassuring, swings one way, then back...some people ride it, others can't. You always notice the difference, just as long as you stay alive long enough!

Basically, women should ditch the "power" , and just get on with raising good kids, nature will always win...

I don't want to sound sexist but this is my observation. We can never go back to the stay at home mom days again. Throughout history the constant was/is that the man always works. Women wanted change and were sick of being "second class". They started voting, they started working, and they were sick of being secretary's and wanted that CEO position. They had their movements and got what they wanted. For some reason they still complain about equal rights which I find to be ridiculous in 2018. The sacrifice thaT was made for women to be empowered was that the norm is now both paRents have to work in order to get by. When you look at children growing up today they don't thaT constant of a mom to be home. And then the best is when the mother does better than the husband and the kid has to see the woman being the sole provider. Or kids having two moms or two dads. These are the root causes of the problems we have in society today. Everything looked pretty Fucking good for the u.s. in the 50's. Then we started having all these choices and here we are. Nobody's happy, we have transgenders but don't cut their pricks off (they should really be called crossdressers), blacks and women still feel unappreciated, we have ten year car loans, 40 year mortgages, kIds od'ing on drugs at an alarming rate, standardized testing, the loss of art and music class, women having kids with multiple dad's, dad's still not paying child support, and the Fucking list goes on. Back in the day, the average household had a mortgage, utilities, a car payment but it could be paid by a man working and the wife having a part time job if need be. Now, there's a mortgage, utilities, cable bills costing $150+, cell phone bills, two car payments plus insurance, credit cards, student loans, kids cell phone bill, groceries over $200 a week for a family of four, no more pensions, then there's the retards that have ten year rooms to go payments, if you have a nice lawn you need to have it sprayed or it gets weeds and bugs down here in FL, and I'm sure there are many other things I'm missing. I make more than my parents did combined but I cant afford to have my wife stay home. So keep those Fucking brief cases women, this is what you wanted.

Confirmed assaults? You mean were either of them convicted in a court of law? At this moment, no. Weinstein is facing several charges, however, and one day Trump probably will, too.

Not in a court of law, but both are rich and have "generously" contribute to law enforcement agencies. Money talks, bullshit walks. Don't believe everything that is said but some is true, except for both the Weinstein brothers. Harvey being the worst and Marilyn Manson mentioning it in the early 1990's. All one has to do is look, "instead of reading another source that relias on anonymous sources" to find the evidence.

Thanks for the responses. Instead of asking about convictions, I probably should have asked if there is evidence one way or the other. I know that evidence would be difficult in a situation like that. I have not been following this closely, so I was not sure how much evidence their is one way or the other. I tend to think that where there is smoke there is fire, but that accusations need to be taken with a grain of salt

Yes, there's evidence. Do you mean video tape? Physical evidence is not necessarily needed in a court of law. The case needs only to be proven "beyond a reasonable doubt". An accusation alone can be evidence, it's up to the jury. If the defendant has no alibi, etc. Weinstein is facing charges. A jury will determine whether the statements, witnesses, and exhibits surrounding his case make up enough evidence to convict. Trump likely paid off his accusers, as we now know he paid off his porn star mistress. So, he avoided criminal charges that way.

The point of the initial video (the correct one!) and the subject heading was to show a way in which WOMEN could take on this screwed version of feminism we have today...metaphorically by "burning your briefcase" - promoting the virtue of motherhood and raising kids. Females these days who have that attitude are looked down on by feminists, or at least ignored.

I will take a sexy woman over some chick trying to act like a man any day of the week. It defies nature. Man has the testosterone, women have the estrogen. There are numerous things men can do that woman cant and vica versa, why try to mess with that.
