I've just this past month subscribed to the Joe Rogan podcast. Good channel with some great guests. You should check out the interviews with Alex Jones,Joey Diaz,Steve O. In fact he has had alot of good guests.
I've checked his stuff out. I'm glad he's out there but after a while I came of the opinion that he's just a pseudo intellectual. With s podcast. Who shares some of my opinions.
i agree,pseudo-intellectual is the best word to describe him,or opinionated. he takes fish oil,and other supplements and drugs because he thinks it makes him smarter.
To me a pseudo-intellectual talks about science, politics, or even religion("World religion").
Rogan curses, and was clearly high on his shows last year. He talk about bro topics like lifting, diet, MMA, and legalizing pot, which is a political as he gets.
I watched the podcast Steve Schirripa AKA Bobby Baccalieri from The Sopranos. Great podcat but only on for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Listening to The Guy Ritchie podcast now..
David Goggins is a retired Navy SEAL and former USAF Tactical Air Control Party member who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is an ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, triathlete and world record holder for the most pull-ups done in 24 hours.
I was watching that Goggins then heard about what he did. Some of it I can relate too. The thing with his father. Then he is talking about his ex wife. Why did he devorced her? I never would have done that maybe she devorced him.
On shin splints pain which hurts like hell if you tape the front of the legs in a cris-cross diagonal pattern before events the player can play with little to no pain. He just did not know that at the time.
Jocko Willink is an author, black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu, and retired commander of the most highly decorated special-operations unit of the Iraq War: US Navy SEAL Team Three Task Unit Bruiser, which served in the 2006 Battle of Ramad
What did you de niro? I caught a very small part of it..sounds like Cuban organized crime? I bought TJ English's book on audible last night (I had a credit and was struggling for ideas..!)
Maajid Nawaz in a few hours is on the podcast...ex Islamist but now speaks out against extremism. Should be interesting, I've got his book but haven't read it yet...
Matt Taibbi is a journalist and author. He has reported on politics, media, finance, and sports, and has authored several books including: Insane Clown President, Griftopia, and The Business Secrets Of Drug Dealing.
Just watching Ted Nugent on the podcast...my first thought was, is he the guy that Courtney love blew when she was like 14 or something? Second thought, guns...he's just said he carries a gun in London, Rogan asked how he can do that as it obviously illegal, his response is that he basically travels across with cops and they allow him to do it....this guy is an absolute asshole.
I found the first part of the interview reasonably interesting, took me by surprise but they talked about bow hunting. Never liked the idea but I get what they both were saying and feeling about it.
I'm just listening now. Nugent sure likes the sound of his own voice. He's anti drugs and alcohol but i don't see how this guy is sober, he's not right in the head..
But this is why i really enjoy the Joe Rogan podcast as he has such a wide range of guests on.
My brother told me he was listening to a Joe Rogan podcast where he was supposed to be having a "reasoned debate" with somebody, and he called the other guy "fuckface", and that you could see the hurt in the other guy's face.
If someone knows what he's referring to I'd love to see it.
Saw Rogan at The Comedy Store in Hollywood the other night. Pretty good set, although I'm just old enough to know that he borrows a little from Sam Kinnison.
Michael Scott Moore is a novelist and journalist, who was kidnapped by Somali pirates and spent two and half years in captivity. His book "The Desert and the Sea: 977 Days Captive on the Somali Pirate Coast

Rogan with Van Halen's David Lee Roth videos are up now.
I love how Rogan says that Van Hagar was never palpable to him. He described Van Hagar for "Mall" people. And that's mostly true. Van Hagar was very good pedestrian rock.

Just listened to the Donnell Rawlings/Joe Rogan podcast...I dunno who he is, a comedian I think...but possibly the most racist, unfunny asshole I’ve ever heard. He talks about “white folks†as if he’s in the 30’s and says ni**er in every sentence and I get the impression he’s got away with that repetitive shit for a while...he says ni**er as part of every single sentence with Rogan in a friendly way, Rogan says it once and the guy would bury him...
Boring asshole who is no doubt looking for any offence or “racism†in anything he does...total dickhead...
Rogan has definitely had his ass felt (spoken to) from YouTube and their advertising networks regarding his guests...re their attitudes etc and he’s playing the game a bit. Advertisers don’t want their company springing up right after a topic discussed which has been deemed unacceptable.
He’ll lose his original base, but that sadly doesn’t matter financially to him now. You tube is doing the same with 1000’s of other smaller independent you tubers who aren’t towing the line and producing material which doesn’t fit their leftish agenda.
It’s a shame because I could care less about left/right wing bubbles and neither does Rogan, however, his podcast is definitely changing and leaning more that way. He’s had a few frights on twitter etc recently from fake outrage, transsexual attitude springs to mind. He didn’t apologise, but he’s definitely “learned his lessonâ€....
I don't think Rawlings cares to much what people think about him to be honest. He does interrupter alot which is somethings annoying. I think he could probably tone down his language a little but it doesn't really bother me, but my wife for example would hate it.
