First see a doctor who can investigate the Lyme angle and provide you with nutrition information and an exercise program and then eat less and move more- very simple
If you think you have Lyme, you'd better get it checked by a doctor. Exercising or other strenuous exertion could really harm you if your disease isn't treated.
I have found that gyms and me are incompatible. I prefer running around after my kids like a lunatic and trying to persuade my wife into having a healthy love life.....
