Getting back in the gym - 04/30/14 03:03 PM

Anyone know of any good supplements that will give me a boost. I think I have Lyme disease no energy at all to get back in the gym

Drink more water and eat more raw fruits and vegetables

or drink the mainstream pure fruit/vegetable drinks like v8 fusion

I'm not a fan of the supplements...I say that you can find foods in nature that provide what the pills do...maybe in not as concentrated a dose.

"think"? How about getting a diagnosis from a doctor.

Energy is derived from calories which, in turn, are provided by food from all of the food groups. There is no boost; either you eat a healthy diet or you don't. There are plenty of healthy diet sources to read. However, get to a doctor.

I hope you are not serious. If so, wiping your ass might be considered exercise...or bending over to put on socks. Cardio baby - breathe, sweat, stretch, exert l.. you know the drill.

First see a doctor who can investigate the Lyme angle and provide you with nutrition information and an exercise program and then eat less and move more- very simple

If you think you have Lyme, you'd better get it checked by a doctor. Exercising or other strenuous exertion could really harm you if your disease isn't treated.

I have found that gyms and me are incompatible. I prefer running around after my kids like a lunatic and trying to persuade my wife into having a healthy love life..... tongue
