Penny Stocks

You guys think these are all pump and dump scams or is there any way to make some money?

I'm not into gambling on games or cards, but these things look tempting as hell

During the 70s and into the 80s I invested in penney stocks and stocks of which the broker makes a market. I was satisfied with he degree of my success, but it required much more of my attention than I was eventually willing to exert.

I favor sound investing for my portfolio, but I do set aside a little bit for speculative stocks. Over the holidays, I bought a legalized marijuana penny stock. I made a 60% gain, so I was pretty happy. But from everything I read, penny stocks are extremely risky.
