Resource Limit is Reached

Says that a lot when I click on a page. Anyone know why?

An issue with the server.

My computer is effed, and now this (again) on top of everything else... FML.

The problem seems to be resolved now.

Resolved about the same time as my computer I guess -- it finally made it thru a CHKDSK without crashing, and now (for now) all is okay. Just a couple bad clusters in my iTunes music folder (on a different partition) brought down the entire thing. Really need to set a serious back-up regime into place soon!

Just happened to me a couple minutes ago, and maybe three times in the last week. I'll get the "Resource Limit is Reached" message.

But it's really not a big deal, i'll just reload the page and then it's good to go.

I was getting it last night again too.

i get it as well every once in a while it is very annoying.

I've been getting that message a lot but it tapered of and until just now I hadn't gotten it in a while. I refresh the page and can get on the BB.

Edit: Okay, I got it again. It had been a few days but now twice in an hour. It's easy enough to connect if I refresh the page, but it is still happening for whatever reason.

I got this message just now for the first time in a couple of weeks.

Enough of this bullshit. Ten times today, Geoffy!

Resource Limit Is Reached

The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.

I hardly see it, but still have no idea what's causing it. The site is hosted on a server with many other sites, and the webhost likes to be "fair" with the resources for all sites. That's fine and dandy, but I still have no idea why this board would spike resources like that. The only thing I can think of is perhaps a lot of searches going on at once or something. But at least is generally temporary.

Servers being attack by outside the U.S. I think.

I sometimes (yesterday most recently) get a page saying "for live version click here." I click and it works. Go figure. As long as I get my GFBB I'm good. "I want my GBB."

I've been seeing this message alot today. Anyone else?

I see it from time to time (not today), but I just refresh my page and it usually goes away and the BB appears.

It's not happening anymore for some reason but it was all day and was beginning to get on my nerves.

I've gotten the "Resource Limit Reached" several times in the past couple hours. However, I refresh the page and the BB comes back. I have no clue what's going on tho.

When I hit the submit button I got that message several times just a bit ago.

Hi all, been away for sometime.
I keep getting this problem over and over.

FYI,

Tho I keep trying and eventually can get on the BB, I have had the Resource Limit message off and on the last two days (more so today)
