Yeah we all know the ending of Scarface.
But I have always wondered with the tremendous following and cult status
of Scarface, did they consider a sequel?
Trust me they could have integrated "a dream sequence" where Tony dreams of getting wasted by Sosa's men..or someone shows up after the the showdown
and Tony is miraculously still breathing and is rushed to the hospital.
Imagine what kind of cast you could have for the a 2nd Scarface.
just something to ponder

No but they can ,make another Latino drug movie. I would like to see a movie about a youth gang that graduates into the big time in the drug business. Or an Italian youth gang that did the same thing.

Scarface is easily the most overrated movie ever. Bad acting, bad accents, & even worse fight scenes. This movie needs to be removed from American culture.

What kind of idiot would believe that Tony Montana survived his wounds?

But for the record, there was already a comic book sequel in which he did just that:

He survives in the video game, and remarkably they made a pretty decent story of it. For a video game, it was not bad at all. In fact I liked it, even though it's practically impossible for Tony to have survived. But I took that with a pine of salt and enjoyed it. Clearly it was made by fans of the movie; the amount of detail and similarity to the film was quite impressive. And this was not a game intended for 12 year olds as opposed to The Godfather video game...

They can start the movie while he was still living in Cuba before he made it big here. They can start tge movie when he was a poor little kid in Cuba.

Sounds good. But that would be a prequel, not a sequel tongue grin.

I kinda want a prequel about Frank Lopez. Or a sequel about Sosa's downfall.

A sequel is defiantly not needed, lets just leave it as it is..

How do you feel about a remake DeNiro? The Coen brothers are working on a script:

I can forgive the the 1983 remake as it was 35 years ago and it was a good film. But i know even from the start that this remake will more than likely be a flop and go unnoticed.

You can consider Carlito's Way a spiritual sequel, since most of the cast of Scarface returned in some way.
