Does anybody know the name of the character(or the actor) who shoots Tony in the back at the end of the movie.
He doesn't say anything during the film and is not referred to by name.

The Skull is played by Geno Silva.

I think he had a name... He was a personal hitman for Sosa, and he had a freakin' name I am just no able to remember! I'll be back tomorrow and state his name cuz the movie's on a friend's house... So I will see what I can do

As Don Cardi pointed out, his name is "The Skull" but I don't recall it ever being mentioned in the movie, only the end credits.

He is named in the script. His first appearance is on page 69, section 94:
" The black aide Y- The Skull -- is a slim, tall imposing man
with academic, 'horn-rimmed glasses and close-cropped hair
on a huge and impressive skull. He combines the physical
qualities of an animal with an intellectual. As he
approaches, he glances down the table, his eyes falling
