Tony Montana hate's Colombians

Tony never did mention his dislike of colombians in Scarface, why did he hate them?

Maybe Gina threw one of them a jump. Gina was generous that way .

The impression i get is that they are too wild and violent. Almost like they aren't trustworthy (the dealers, not the innocent people).
