Somebody posted this in the mob movies section as well. As I said before I think it looks amazing. I don't even remember how many times I've watched the trailer.

Film seems like it'll be good, Im not too sure about Depp's make up though, looks a bit fake

I seen the first preview on DirecTv tonight watching Suits on USA and they played it. First time I seen it on national t.v.

I love it man. My old man actually got me to start watching it so I missed the first season or two but now I don't miss any of it. I noticed Harvey dresses old school too, but he sure is sharp!

I can't stand Litt! It was good to see Harvey smack him around then Jessica made him like it. As we know there is no way they vote him out though.

I think Suits is one of the most overlooked shows out there.

It is over looked as far as Emmy nominations go.

The girl that plays Harvey former secretary Donna. That is the actor who players Harvey's friend for over 20 years. He got her in.

Did you see the guy that played the Harvard law professor? That is the actor that plays Harvey's real father

The girl lawyer tonight that knows mike Ross isn't a real lawyer. She actually is the actor who plays Ross real finance.

They bring their family on to the show.

But the suits Harvey wears with the bigger lapels is the the suits I wear.

I wouldn't mind owing a few of Harvey's suits myself. I always liked the older style suits over what is worn today. I like those skinny ties the gangsters wore too.

I kept wondering what they meant by "changing his life around". I didn't know he didn't go to law school and never knew what happened early on as I didn't see that much yet. I really need to watch them next week and catch up before the last 2 episodes of this year. I never liked the lawyer shows but I love this one.

It is under dramaedy comedy and drama that is why it does not get nominations.

The bad thing about the show is everyone of importance knows mike never went to law school and no one rats him out. Plus Mike is a goodie two shoes and that does not fit the role of a lawyer.

Yea I wonder where they go with that now that he's a Junior partner. Someone will expose him.

I watched the first 10 episodes of season 1 last night. 1 or 2 I've seen but I caught up a good bit on Mike's background so I know more of what is going on now. Hope to finish season 1 and get into season 2 tonight. I imagine most of 3 and 4 I might have seen before I just don't know it yet. The episode about Harvey trying to overthrow the CEO of that Indy car engine maker I had seen before and didn't know it.

The episode about the bed bugs had me laughing when Harvey was afraid to get near Mike because he went into the apartment that had them

I saw it. Thought it was fantastic. Johnny Depp was perfect for the role of Whitey Bulger. I rarely go to the movies, but this was worth it. I thought it was as good, if not better, than "Donnie Brasco" and "The Departed."

I caught it Sunday night. Was a good movie but not what I call "accurate" in some spots. My thoughts:

1. The casting was pretty good minus Jesse Plemons as Kevin Weeks (Weeks was a big mf'er)

2. The movie made it seem like Whitey conrolled EVERYONE including Flemmi which wasn't true. From what I've seen, Flemmi was almost an equal if not one, and Weeks was more of someone controlled by Whitey.

3. They made it seem like Whitey done everything behind Winter Hill and even pushed the Angiulo's around.

That was just a few things off the top of my head that irked me but it still still a very good movie. It would have been better with more input from Flemmi and Weeks. Crap Billy Bulger got more airplay than Flemmi and Weeks. I also don't think Whitey killed Flemmi's step daughter he was banging either, and even the jury in Whitey's trial though thought the same.

I'm interested in seeing how they go with the new Whitey movie from Bulger, Damon and Wahlberg.

I went and saw this last night. It was decent... But The Departed is a way better movie. I actually thought Depp's performance as Bulger pulled a little from Jack Nicholson's portrayal of "Frank Costello".

Joel Edgerton was great in it. I was surveying up in Chelsea, MA when they were filming some scenes. Couldn't get any closer than 2 blocks from where they were shooting. In the scene where the old lady is asking him about Alcatraz you can see the yellow paint marks in the street that the gas company painted showing where the six inch plastic pipe under the street was. There's some useless info for everybody.

HOPEFULLY I still have Wahlberg and Matt Damon (or whatever [BadWord] up there in Southie, just kidding!) and they have been talking to Whitey supposedly so the Feds will let it fly as the people that got killed will get their share paid for them. But let them do another movie and please let it be 3 hours or something good for a change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once Damon read Black Mass, they dropped the Whitey Bulger angle for the movie. All he's said since is that they (he and Ben Affleck)could potentially base it around another gangster.

Well that flat out sucks then.
