Holiday Dinners - 12/14/18 03:07 AM

Hope everyone had a Wonderful ThanksGiving dinner and a Blessed Hanukkah Festival of Lights.

Whats on the menu for the next Holiday for everyone?

We do the Seven Fishes at my Italian brothers from another Mother on Christmas Eve.

Then we do a Christmas morning Breakfast at my house followed by a huge dinner some how later in the day consisting of a baked ham and Lazagna.

What a Feast.

It's a mix of italian cheeses, italian meats and eggs. Proper name is Pizza Rustica.

Re: Holiday Dinners - 12/25/22 08:27 PM

We had the fish next door last night , everything was wonderful.

This morning our traditional Christmas breakfast bake and Bagels with homemade veggie cream cheese
The breakfast bake is hash browns with pepper onion eggs bacon and cheese, mixed into a casserole dish and baked for 1 1/2.

My nieces go crazy for it, i indulge in the bagels on Christmas morning since I do not usually have them.

Spiral Ham & Mac & Cheese for dinner with an amazing side of Asian Broccoli with cashews and tempura asparagus.

Merry Christmas All

Yes Sir, I get it….I used to do it more often since clients always wanted to branch out and even go exotic sometimes.

Now we are more geared to how creative we can be at home.
I have not been in Manhattan in over three years… i was dining in city at least once a week at one point if not every day three years prior to that.

I dont miss it but I do like to think of the places we frequented.
