Cleveland restaurant suggestions

Back in the fall I moved to a city on the outskirts of Cleveland, but thus far I've not had a chance to go into the city to find a good Italian restaurant. I have an anniversary coming up, and we're thinking about heading into the city to celebrate. It seems that Little Italy is the place to go, but there are a number of restaurants there. I was curious if anyone had some firsthand Cleveland knowledge to share.

I'm from your neck of the woods. Little Italy has the best Italian food. I recommend Mama Santa's & Trattorio. There is a great place in Midd Heights called Santos. It's right off of the Pearl Rd exit of I-71.

Presti's is a wonderful bakery in Little Italy.
