How do you like your steak cooked and what kind?
Filet medium is my favorite

im not really particular about what type of cut it is as long as its medium rare and with A1 sauce, except if its been marinating for a while and prepared by someone who knows what there doing the A1 sauce can actually take away the flavor of the steak, in which case i would do without it.

Medium to medium well

I like them flat. Normal size is ok, but better be juicy.

But mainly I like them flat and juicy.

I like mine grilled and medium. If I get to choose, a filet is always my first preference. I enjoy marinating a steak in Italian dressing for about 12 hours. No A-1 for me.

NY Strip seared on outside and red on inside. Sometimes called "black and blue" sometimes called "Pittsburg style."
