The draft is set for Monday, Sep 5 at 7:30 PM ET (Labor Day) - The season starts Thurs 9/8

To set the order, I went through the following usual steps:

1 - I went to http://www.random.org/ -- DB's favorite random order generator website

2 - Using "Integer Generator" to pick a number between 1 and 20, I got:

I'll wait them out. If need be, I can go through all the matchups to see which ones may've been impacted by the tragic accident and come up with a remedy so everyone feels comfortable with the results.... but let's see what they do first...

* League commissioners have the choice to make manual changes through their commissioner tools but we encourage commissioners to wait until the NFL makes a final decision on the game’s status.
* If your league has any active Week 18 playoff matchups, you should set your lineup as usual.

Okay... this link explains the official Yahoo procedure: Week 17 & 18 Fantasy Football: NFL cancels Bills-Bengals

Basically, cancelling the game wipes out ALL the points earned. I disagree with that. I already took screen caps of the scores from yesterday, before they wiped out those points. Soon I will go through and compare to the official numbers, and delve into the managers who had any of these players and how much impact they may have had on the scores. Then I will determine if any further calculations need to be made -- or -- if the official Yahoo standings (either yesterday's or today's) will stand......

None of this will change the fact that I won since my lead was so commanding, so don't delay in sending me my trophy. After all, it was perhaps one of the greatest unlikely comebacks of all time, going undefeated after starting 2-6

Okay, so... I reviewed the scoring and below is how I see it. I see no evidence to suggest that the standings would turn out any different had we included points from Week 18 to make up for the cancelled Cin/Buf game. Despite Yahoo's decision to zero all points from the cancelled game, I have decided to keep the points that were scored up until the game was stopped (even though it makes no difference in the standings). IF I can add those points to the Yahoo system I will, but they'll be displayed here on the BB...

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

1 JG 153 -- not affected by Cin/Buf game
2 JL 88 -- 88 pts when game stopped, 87 pts after game cancelled. W18 his 2 players scored 39 pts (22+17) so no reason to believe they would've scored the 66+ points necessary to win the championship.

THIRD PLACE GAME

3 MM 158 -- not affected by Cin/Buf game
4 KJ 93 -- 93 pts when game stopped, 82 pts after game cancelled. W18 his 3 players scored 25 pts (14+6+5), still not enough to catch up.

FIFTH PLACE GAME

5 LN 132 -- 132 pts when game stopped, 130 pts after game cancelled. W18 his QB scored 28 pts.
6 NM 121 -- not affected by Cin/Buf game; no way to catch up

SEVENTH PLACE GAME

7 LI 138 pts -- 138 pts when game stopped, 134 pts after game cancelled. W18 Diggs scored 23 pts..
8 BB 126 pts -- 126 pts when game stopped, 120 pts after game cancelled. W18 Buff D scored 22 pts, not enough to catch up.
