It's that time of year again!

Invitations have been sent out to last year's league. If you don't wish to return then please let me know. Also, if you want to play and didn't play last year, I'll put you on a waiting list.

The Draft date is not set in stone: I had to pick something. It's currently set for Fri Mar 22 7:30pm EDT but please post suggestions.

P.S. Thanks, JL, for reminding me to set it up. You've been granted Ass. Commish status. wink

As long as the draft isn't the week of the 25th, I can make it work. If I had to pick a date I'd like it to be, I'd pick next Monday the 18th instead of Friday.

Unless the draft is on a weekend, I'm going to pass. I don't want to autodraft. Although, I should pass anyway because I've had so little time these days for fantasy games, it's hard to keep up with my rosters on a daily basis especially in baseball when players get injured so often in a 162 game schedule.

Crap, it's already Friday and only 6 teams are in. I think this Monday would be too soon for a draft. We could try next Saturday if Blib is in, or the following Monday?

Getting nervous. Only 6 teams so far and no word from DB's crew. I asked DMC again, and will ask my nephew....

But let's finalize the draft date and time now: Friday 3/22 or Saturday 3/23?

Below is this year's draft order.

Any late-comers will have to be appended to the END of the list, so keep that in mind.

To set the order, I went through the following steps:

1 - I went to http://www.random.org/, DB's favorite random order generator website wink

2 - Using "Integer Generator" to pick a number between 1 and 20, I got:

I like my team. It's tough to judge though since the league is a little smaller and we have slightly better teams. I definitely think I have the best top 4 starting pitchers to start a season I've ever had. We'll see what happens.

I'm happy with all my starting pitching. I got the #1, #3, and #10 ranked SP, and picked up Tim Hudson in the late rounds. The rest of my roster is solid, and I'm sure I'll lead the league in waiver moves like usual.

My team's also decent, hope Texiera come's back from the wrist and has a good year. EHI it pains me to say I don't think your gonna get anything good for one of the greastest(Jeter).

Sad part is, I'm giving up good SP to get back a player that I drafted and released, to sit on my bench because my current CF's are constantly getting days off.

I'm not going to go crazy setting his lineup since it doesn't matter. He had nine starting pitchers in his lineup, and he's up to 160 starts now. 2 more starts, and we're done with him.
