Mine has got to be Age of empire 2 and Metal gear solid 1. Great times and great games. What are yours?

Probably one of the GTA series followed by Godfather, Mafia and Scarface - all on the PC.

On youtube there are mods of the Mafia game with Ennio Morricone's music from Once Upon A Time In America and Sarah revisiting the city after 30 years.
