I bought this game some months ago and I played the conquer the world campaign, the closest to Napoleon I have ever felt, but anyway, as I have played that campaign several times now, all I see are those quick battles but there are no campaigns as there were in Age of Empires of Starcraft, am I missing something or is this game as empty as it looks?

Whoa, I've finally gotten around to checking the video games board and I find a thread about my new favorite RTS game! Sorry to tell you M/C but there really aren't any campaigns in RON. However, in the expansion pack they are adding campaigns.
However, I've never really enjoyed campaigns in most RTS games (except the C&C games). Keep playing RON and DEFINITELY play multiplayer on gamespy. That's where you can truly see how deep RON is. If you go online maybe you'll see me and we can play a game. My name there is FSF_Sicilian just so you know.
