Gangs fro the next GTA

What would be the next gangs for the San Andreas game? Remember, the city is based upon San Francisco, California.

1. The Mafia
2. The Russians
3. The Tijuana (Mexico) Cartel
4. The Bloods (Purple Jacks)
5. Crips (The Red Jacks)}
6. The Diablos
7. The Yakuza

Maybe the Triads?

Definitely! Especially considering the large Chinese/Asian population of San Francisco.

The Triads made me mad in GTA 3, but I would like to see them back. Also, I think that the gang members shouldn't all be wearing the same thing.

there should be a vietnamese gang too, since there are many in san fran, and they tend to have powerful organized crime.

You got to have mobsters in the game too!
The Italian-American mob would be a great add-on since Vice City lacked of it(exc. Sonny Forelli)
GTA 4 should have:Mafia, Triads, Cubans, Crazies, Hollywood Scum, Yuppies, and Hoods.

I agree with almost everybody here. But Hollywood Scum? Yuppies?

We need real organized crime not crap like Bikers, Golfers and Surfers in Vice City

Umm...no, and NO!!! Bloods = Red, Crips = Blue. If you want to make suggestions, get your colors straight. Maybe I'm the only one on here who will take offense (see signature). But the Bllods and the Crips are two of the biggest gangs in LA history.

If you haven't play GTA III, there are tow gangs: the Red Jacks and the Purple Nines. They're like a version of the Bloods and the Crips.

yeah etheral, buy yourself a copy of GTA3. it's way better than vice city. it has a better story, better city, better gangs, better cars, the cops have better a.i. (which makes better police chases. the fact that there are alot of hills helps too), plus it was in modern time! the only thing it lacks is the extra features and better graphics vice had.

Actually, I never really played eiter to any depth (actually doing mission) since I don't own a PS2.

Don't worry man. By the way both GTA III and Vice City are also available for PC. GTA III costs between 15 and 20 bucks.

no problem man. wasn't impling being rude if thats what you thought (i know how these confusions can start up online). if you have x-box they comeout for that in a douplepack on november 4t. i'm buying an x-box just for that because i'm sure they're be improvments for gtaIII for that. (the graphics look amazing) they got rid of the biggest thing that ennoyed me too, which was the fact that everyones chest was divided into 3 sections. i thought that always kind of made them look like action figures.

Story- Need to play it.

Cars- Banshee, Mafia Sentinel, Diablo Stallion, etc., etc., etc., etc.

AI- Don't know.

What is for sure: for what I had heard and read the gangs in VC suck? Bikers? Golfers? Surfers? Nothing compared to the Mafia, the Colombian Cartel, the Yakuzas, the Traids

you sound like my kind of a GTA gamer gambino. vice city is cool, fun, and does happen to be based on one of my favorite films, but i always find myself coming back to GTA3. plus GTA3 has so many more gangs that all hate each other and all hate you so it's always fun to lure a bunch into one place and start a big masacure. to day i got into a fight with some yardies, yakuza, and colombian cartels over by the construction site.

You could debate all of the afformentioned details endlessley, but when it comes down to core gameplay (missions, game mechanics, fun factor) 3 can't even compare to Vice City. It's simple. Vice City is a much more deep, interesting, fleshed out, and fun than GTA 3.

well vice city has better graphics and better featers (aircrafts, bikes, decapitatable people, more ineriors etc.) and that is fun to fool around with after getting 100% (which i have done) 3 had a better city, story, gameplay, cars, gangs, and it's fun to just go around and get into gunfights with other gangs because thay all hate you! but it's good that vice city isn't like tha... its a good change. plus i like the fact the only one gang hates you in vice because in 3 you cant get shit accomplished without dying.

so 3 is better for killing sprees and such, but vice city is good for overall just fooling atound.

i feel the opposite. while graphics, weapons and buildings are better, you cannot touch the missions from gta3. vice city is a lot simpler and more boring....bcides for the bank mission. i find gta3's fun factor much better because of the variety of people and their aggresion.
