Chris' screenwriting program

Which screenwriting program was Chris using to write his scripts? I saw the Sopranos a long time ago and I loaned it from the library, so I don't recall and I'd like to keep a written reminder of it.

Wasn't he using an Apple laptop with the word processor on? Like the equivalent of Microsoft Word... not sure what its called on the Mac.

There was a commercially available program called Sophocles back then, but that was discontinued seven or eight years ago.

Regardless, that's a software package from 15+ years ago, and I doubt it's still around.
