Tony's father

I've always been curious as to how Johnny Boy Soprano died. Anyone know or care to speculate?

He died from emphysema, which is referred to in several episodes.

I just remember things like "He was just a sqeaking little gerbil when he died," etc.

In the episode "In Camelot" Tony gets mad at his dad's former goomar when she says she smoked while riding in the car with his father (who had emphesyma at the time). Tony said, "Even my muddha quit smokin."

That was disturbing when Tony's fathers goomar was singing "Happy birthday Mr.President" to Tony with JFK's hat on.Ughhh.
